- Course enrolments are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or as otherwise specified in your enrolment confirmation.  
- Payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our cancellation or refund policy.

2.2 Cancellations and Changes
- The Artist’s Journal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses or coaching sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a refund or alternative dates.  
- Participant cancellations are subject to the policy stated at the time of enrolment or purchase.

2.3 Liability and Conduct
- Participants engage in courses or coaching at their own risk. The Artist’s Journal is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.  
- Participants must follow any rules or guidelines provided during course or coaching sessions.

3. Waiting Lists (if applicable)
- Joining a waiting list for any upcoming course or coaching cohort does not guarantee a place.  
- The Artist’s Journal will notify individuals on the waiting list if spaces become available, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

- All offers, products, and services provided by The Artist’s Journal are subject to availability.  
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue offers, products, and services without notice.  
- Refunds or exchanges for products and services are governed by any specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.
